Genndy Tartakovsky to rosyjsko-amerykański animator, reżyser, producent, scenarzysta i twórca storyboardów. Jest autorem seriali animowanych Dexter's Laboratory, Samurai Jack, Star Wars: Clone Wars oraz Primal. Współtworzył także Sym-Bionic Titan i wyreżyserował trylogię Hotel Transylwania. Pracował również przy produkcji The Powerpuff Girls, 2 Stupid Dogs i Batman: The Animated Series.
